You’ve Done Something Great!

Dan

Dan’s proactivity, reliability, and self‑initiative make him an exceptionally valuable team member. He consistently completes tasks with accuracy and ensures workflow continuity, which significantly reduces administrative burdens. He demonstrates a strong work ethic, takes full ownership of his responsibilities, and excels at problem‑solving. Dan has become an indispensable part of the team and is always seeking opportunities to improve processes at Zelie’s Home.

Bailey

Bailey has done an awesome job supporting our Alumnae moms and keeping everyone connected. She took the lead on organizing the Christmas gift event and handled everything from planning to coordinating volunteers without missing a beat. Her follow‑through, communication, and ability to keep things running smoothly made the whole event a success. Bailey consistently steps up, takes initiative, and makes things easier for the rest of the team, and she deserves recognition for all the work she puts in.

Jessica

There are sometimes crisis in the homes and our moms often require Jessica’s constant attention. She handles every situation with grace and patience. No matter what comes her way, Jess continues to advocate for the moms—tired, but never too exhausted to do what’s right. She’s a seeker of justice and always stands up for the underdog. She remains a strong team player and pours everything she can into supporting others and advancing the mission. We can see that these tough decisions take a toll on her, yet she continues to pursue her own mental health and healing. We are incredibly lucky to have her on our team.
