Charlotte
Charlotte has really been stepping up lately and has been a huge help to the team. She’s been taking more initiative and jumping in wherever support is needed, especially with donations on Thursdays. She helps keep things moving and is always willing to help when extra hands are needed by covering during times when positions were vacant. It’s clear that she cares about helping the organization however she can. Charlotte is friendly, welcoming, and works well with others and always has the attitude that no job is beneath her.

Sr. Kate
Sr. Kate is a compassionate advocate for the staff at Zelie's Home and demonstrates empathy by validating employees' emotions and fostering an inclusive culture. She seeks to further understand what might be going on through acquiring information from all who may be involved.  Sr. Kate provides vital, trauma-informed support to the mothers and staff, along with spiritual guidance, loving care, and consistent stability.

Karyn
Since starting in February, Karyn has consistently demonstrated her dedication and commitment to Zelie’s Home’s mission and vision through her leadership, passion, and unwavering desire to serve our moms and their children well. She is a supportive and dependable team member who brings a warm, welcoming presence into the home. She has done an amazing job of transitioning the donation rooms and boutiques in an incredibly impressive timeframe.
